Do I need engineering to set this up?

No. The integration is simple to configure and doesn’t require code. You can get it running in just a few minutes.

Does this work with any form provider, or only certain ones?

It works with any form provider. As long as the form is connected to both Chili Piper and LeadIQ, the integration will enrich the lead in real time.

Will this change how my reps work inside Chili Piper or LeadIQ?

No. The integration is API-based and runs in the background. Your team won’t need to change how they use either tool. The only change is that now the data comes through enriched automatically upon form fill.

Is the enrichment done before or after the lead gets routed?

Enrichment happens immediately, before the lead is routed. The enriched data helps determine exactly where the lead should go.

How fast does the enrichment happen?

Enrichment happens in real time, usually within 1 to 2 seconds. It runs through our API with minimal latency.

Is this included in my current LeadIQ or Chili Piper plan?

API access is available to all LeadIQ customers who have migrated to Universal Credits.
