LeadIQ, Inc. (“us”, “we”, “our”, or “LeadIQ”) empowers teams to capture and verify business and professional contact information for business-to-business sales prospecting, track sales triggers and generate tailored sales messages.
This Privacy Policy includes information on how we collect, process and share personal information processed through our website, www.leadiq.com (the “Site”), our software (including application programming interfaces (“APIs”), browser extensions, integrations with third-party software) and services (collectively referred to as the “Services”), and how you can exercise your rights over your personal information. This Privacy Policy also includes information relating to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) for EEA residents. For US residents, please see our US State Supplemental Privacy Notice.
If you do not agree to any of these terms in this Privacy Policy, you should not use our Services or access our Site.
LeadIQ collects and processes business contact information and maintains a database of professional profiles (“Directory Database”) that is offered to our customers as part of our Services for the purposes of business-to-business sales prospecting or recruitment only. The personal information we store for each profile in our Directory Database are: full name, professional email addresses and phone numbers, city location, job title and department, company/employer name and postal address, employment history, educational background and related social media profiles. We do not process any sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, medical or biometric data, etc. We do not process any information about minors.
Information in the Directory Database may be compiled from multiple sources that include: (i) licensed information from other companies, (ii) publicly available information, (iii) market research, and (iv) LeadIQ Data Community where our users and customers contribute information about themselves, their companies and others (see section 2.2.4).
To maintain the quality of the information in the Directory Database, LeadIQ takes steps to only collect business and professional information. For example, we disregard emails sent from consumer-oriented and free email providers. Before new contact information is added as a profile in the Directory Database, and if applicable by law, that contact will be informed about the processing of their personal information by LeadIQ and how they can manage or remove their profile from the Directory Database. If your profile is in our database and you wish to be removed, please contact us through our Privacy Center https://privacy.leadiq.com or at privacy@leadiq.com. By not exercising your right to be removed, you will remain in our database and may be contacted by our customers.
If you express an interest in our Services and wish to be contacted by us, you will be asked to submit the following information on our Site: full name, professional email address and phone number, company name, job title. You may unsubscribe from our contacts list at any time by notifying us at support@leadiq.com.
When you become a customer by registering for an account and using our Services, you will be asked to submit the following personal information: full name, work email address, phone number, company name, job title. To purchase and access our Services, you may be asked to submit payment information, which is collected and processed by our trusted third-party payment processor. LeadIQ does not retain payment information. We also collect information from customers about their use of the Services, such as user session time and activity. This information is used internally for research and to improve our services.
To utilize some of our Services you will need to integrate your LeadIQ account with third party software that provide you with customer relationship management (“CRM”), email, calendar or other related software services. The integration will give LeadIQ the access to process personal information about your prospects and customers, such as their full name, professional email addresses and phone numbers, city location, job title and department, company/employer name and postal address, any related social media profiles and similar information commonly stored in CRM databases, email contact directories and calendars.
LeadIQ processes personal information of our customers in line with our Data Processing Agreement. We do not sell information that’s shared with LeadIQ by our customers via an integration unless you expressly agree to do so if you join LeadIQ Data Community.
LeadIQ Data Community (“Community”) members have the option of sharing their professional information and business contacts for business purposes. This helps keep our Directory Database accurate and up-to-date and in exchange we grant Community members access to advanced features and additional free credits. If you sign up for Community, LeadIQ will have access to your email account, calendar and/or contacts. The personal information that we obtain from our Community members about their contacts include their full name, professional email address, phone number, job title and company/employer name and address, any related social media handles or other information typically found in an email signature block or contacts directory. LeadIQ will not read the content of any email correspondence and will not process any information beyond the aforementioned professional contact information.
Once LeadIQ has accessed your contacts, and if applicable by law, that contact will be informed about the processing of their personal information by LeadIQ and how they can manage or remove their personal information.
You can leave the Community at any time, which will trigger LeadIQ to stop collecting new contact information from your email account, calendar and/or contacts.
