Integration with Gong for enhanced sales insights

Sales teams can now pull LeadIQ contact data straight into Gong Engage. You get updated phone numbers and job titles right where you’re already doing outreach. It makes follow-ups easier and keeps sales reps focused on the right decision-makers. This integration helps streamline multi-channel outreach and tighten your tech stack.

We’ve added a slide-out view inside Gong Engage that syncs with Prospecting Hub. When you open a contact, you get the freshest info without needing to jump tabs.

Company data updates and ISO country codes

We’ve refreshed company domains, logos, industry tags, and employee ranges using high-quality B2B data. We’ve also added standard ISO 2 and 3 digit country codes to clean up your CRM fields. Less cleanup, better data accuracy, and more confidence in your contact database.

Call outcome insights

Data Metrics now includes call dispositions. Track how many connects your team is getting, which reps are converting, and where things might be falling flat. These real-time metrics give visibility into your sales pipeline and help improve conversion rates.

Net-new lead discovery for Salesforce

There’s now a faster way to find untapped accounts and leads inside your Salesforce instance. Instead of relying on memory or spreadsheets, the Net New Search uses B2B contact and lead data to uncover prospects that aren’t yet in your CRM, ideal for lead generation and AI-driven segmentation.

Custom field mappings

We made it easier for admins to map LeadIQ fields into your CRM setup. New export fields include Company ID, Description, and Function. This improves functionality and helps optimize workflow automation.

Export net-new only

Sometimes you only want fresh prospects. Now you can export only net-new people from a LeadIQ list. One click saves time and avoids duplicates, keeping your CRM clean and follow-ups relevant.
